Giving birth to twins a day earlier didn’t stop Mariah Carey from her annual tradition of renewing her vows with hubby Nick Cannon. This year, Mariah and Nick celebrated their wedding anniversary (April 30) by renewing their vows, inviting Reverend Al Sharpton to the hospital to conduct the renewal ceremony and bless their newborn babies…
Proud dad Cannon tweeted, “Yep, we just had a wedding in the hospital. Thank you to @TheReval who came all the way to the hospital to renew me and the wife’s vows and pray with our children.”
Sharpton responded to Cannon’s tweet by saying, “I am so moved by the sincere spiritual commitment of Mariah and Nick. They have not let success separate them from GOD. I am so proud. Mariah looks GREAT, and the babies are beautiful.”
We are so happy for Mariah and Nick! They have so much to celebrate this weekend and for years to come.
