T.I and Tiny’s reality show, “T.I and Tiny: The Family Hustle,” debuted to a whopping 4.3 million viewers for both its premiere at 9 p.m. and its 11 p.m. encore. Centered on the rapper’s career and family life, the show is an unabashed look at the couple as they raise their six children after T.I. is released from prison.

According to Hollywood Reporter, “Family Hustle” powered VH1 as the top-ranked cable network (excluding sports) among the adults 18-49 and women 18-49 demo. To compare, VH1’s “Basketball Wives” closed out its third season in August with 2.6 million viewers after starting off its first season averaging more than 1 million viewers.”

This is T.I.’s first reality show, but Tiny’s second. Tiny, a former member of the R&B group, Xscape, was also on the VH1 reality show, “Tiny and Toya.”
