William Balfour, Hudson’s brother-in-law, is being charged for murdering Hudson’s 57-year-old mother Darnell Donerson, 29-year-old brother Jason, and 7-year-old nephew Julian King. The tragic killings occurred in Hudson’s hometown of Chicago in October 2008.

Hudson has previously indicated that if her testimony is required so that justice can be served, she’ll do her best to comply. Balfour has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder and home invasion and now his defense attorneys hope that new evidence related to fingerprint tests will prove his innocence.
We’re praying for Jennifer’s strength during the trial and hope that justice is finally served in this horrendous case.
