Sherri Shepherd will join Keke Palmer in the Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella on Broadway!
The 47-year-old announced the exciting news Tuesday morning while on The View.
“I have some really exciting news because you know how I always say go towards the things that really scare you the most,” Shepherd began. “So I am so nervous and excited to announce my Broadway debut in Rodgers and Hammerstein’s…Cinderella. I am playing Madame, the evil step-mother to Cinderella.”
Shepherd’s announcement comes just one day after Palmer shared that she will be playing Broadway’s first ever Black Cinderella.
The two will make their Broadway debut September 9.
