Synclaire did it big this summer!
After first marrying her now-husband Reggie Mckiver in a small ceremony in the Dominican Republic in July, Living Single’s Kim Coles threw a larger, second wedding celebration this month with a little help from wedding planner to the stars David Tutera.
Tutera brought along his cameras and this fall fans will have a chance to see Coles’ lavish wedding day unfold on an upcoming episode of David Tutera’s CELEBrations on WE tv.
Coles and Mckiver, a health food business owner and former SWAT cop, met when he was assigned to be her security detail at a natural hair expo. Their connection was instant. “[My heart] was open just enough for Reggie to come though and I’m so glad he did,” Coles told PEOPLE magazine about the moment they met. “I’m 53 and Reggie is 41 but I’m not a cougar. I can’t run that fast. I’m a meerkat or a prairie dog. It’s about the right energy. It wasn’t like I was trolling for younger men. It’s about energy. We’re ageless. Just two people on the same plane.”
We can’t wait to watch how Tutera turned Coles’ fairytale wedding into a reality.
