The news just keeps getting bigger for the 2016 ESSENCE Festival: Oprah will be in the house!
One of the most famous Black women in the world will join the festivities at the nation’s largest gathering of African-American women, which kicks off today in New Orleans and runs through Sunday. This will mark the very first time that Oprah Winfrey will appear at the Festival, so this is history in the making. Trust us: This is not to be missed on Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
