Hip Hop’s current leading lady was in true, unapologetic form as she hit the stage in an all-black lace catsuit and kept the Brooklyn crowd on their feet for her entire set.
After making her way to the Barclays center stage to the tune of “Dungeon Dragon” from her 2010 Pink Friday album, the curvy diva set the night on fire as she ran through a slew of her hits like “Beez In The Trap” and “Truffle Butter,” fan-favorites like “Did It On em” and “Moment 4 Life” and most recent verses from chart toppers like the Yo Gotti’s “Down in The DM Remix” and DJ Khaled’s “Do You Mind.”
Midway through her performance, Nicki took a break to offer some unfiltered words of encouragement to the ladies about remaining resilient and not dimming their light for men may be intimidated by strong women. She closed out the quick spiel by praising First Lady Michelle Obama and Democratic Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton, while throwing some not-so-subtle shade at Donald Trump’s wife Melania.

Nicki has been relatively quiet about the upcoming election this year, but like many artists who hit the TIDAL x 1015 stage on Saturday night, she used the massive platform to make a loud and clear statement about exactly who she supports.
