With some steamy eye-candy from Being Mary Jane‘s former “cuddy buddy,” Thomas Q. Jones, Luckett and her on-screen love serve up a true cautionary tale for what it means when he says, “don’t worry baby, she’s just my friend.”
“Back 2 Life” appears on the 35-year-old former Destiny’s Child members forthcoming studio album “Until Then” which fans can expect in this spring.

In December, the songtress and actress who is slated to appear is Dionne Warwick in an upcoming biopic, told PEOPLE that the song helped her “fall in love with [herself] all over again.”
“As women, we go through so many changes and on this album I let it out. I talk about my growth and listening back I can hear it. I can hear that growth,“ she said before adding, “[It] doesn’t matter what relationship, mom to kids, to husband — this record is that ‘me time. That’s why I wanted to go with the record.”
