Mike and Kyra Epps’s official wedding photos are here, and they will take your breath away.
The comedian just married award-winning TV producer Kyra Robinson on June 23 at the renowned Resort at Pelican Hill. The couple exchanged vows amid a towering rotunda with an ocean backdrop in an intimate ceremony with 200 of their closest family and friends present. The bride and groom, both Midwest natives, brought families together from Indianapolis and Chicago.
The couple hired Southern California event company Besharati Group to bring their vision to life. White Cherry blossom trees and low lush flowers provided by Bloom Box Designs lined the aisle, giving the bride the perfect setting to shine in her Manolo Blahnik shoes and custom Pedram couture gown she personally designed. The beautiful gown had a breathtaking 20-foot train. Watching Kyra walk down the aisle, Epps stood in a custom Tom Ford tuxedo with Christian Louboutin shoes and an engraved Cartier ring.
The wedding theme was New York Summer romance, which influenced the lovely fresh flower bouquet, 12-foot trees and subtle romantic amber lighting. The decor was only topped by the entertainment. Both families share a keen love for the R&B group The Whispers, to which the couple shared their first dance. To get the party rocking like no other, the illustrious Doug E. Fresh took to the mic to get guests on their feet! Mood Photo + Video captured the night along with Kyra and Mike greeting guests such as Snoop Dogg, T.I., Tiny and many more.
