However, Brandy says things aren’t going so well and that tour may be put on hold, according EURweb.
“Honestly, we haven’t really talked about it since we stopped promoting ‘It All Belongs to Me,'” said Brandy. “I just honestly think Monica and I are in different places in our music. And my vibe is a little bit different this time around so I don’t know. I kind of want to do my own thing. I definitely feel like the fans would want a tour from us, but I don’t know, I just feel like I’m being pulled in a different direction. I’m definitely still open to it, but right now I’m looking in a different way right now for me.”
Even if a joint tour doesn’t ever come together, Brandy fans won’t have to wait much longer for new music. The diva released the lead single, “Put It Down,” from her upcoming album, Two Eleven, weeks ago and she’s planning to shoot the music video in the coming days.
Two Eleven is slatted to hit stores later this summer.
