• Naomi Campbell is reportedly recovering from a vicious attack and mugging at the hands of Parisian thugs over a month ago. The supermodel allegedly wanted to keep the incident under-wraps as Parisian police continue to investigate. Campbell was reportedly “knocked over and robbed” when hailing a cab. She suffered a torn ligament and has since been treated by J. Richard Steadman, a top orthopedic surgeon, in Vail, Colo. Campbell’s billionaire boyfriend, Vladimir Doronin, has increased her security. • Michelle Williams will join the national tour of the musical “Fela!” The former Destiny’s Child member will play Sandra Isadore, Fela Kuti’s American love interest. The tour begins January 29 in Washington, D.C. and will hit 16 cities across America. [Billboard]
• Singer Frank Ocean is in hot water with the law. He was pulled over for speeding on New Year’s Eve. Ocean was going 90 mph in a 65 mph zone, according to law enforcement. Upon being pulled over, police reportedly found marijuana and discovered he was driving on a suspended license. He was cited for both violations in addition to having tinted windows on his BMW. [TMZ]
