Destiny’s Child’s Super Bowl halftime performance and reunion was certainly unforgettable. And amid all of the criticism about Michelle William’s performance, the singer remains confident that it was one of their best performances yet. “How do you top that?” the singer told E! at this week’s premiere of Call Me Crazy.
But as to whether Destiny’s Child fans can expect another reunion in the pipeline — “I’m never going to say never, but it’ll be a long time,” said Williams, noting that the occasion would have to be “something epic and worthwhile and amazing.”
Meanwhile, the singer has been keeping busy touring the U.S. in the Broadway musical FELA!, and has a new track on Beyoncé’s upcoming album. The other ladies are also keeping a packed schedule these days — Beyoncé is traveling on her worldwide mega tour Mrs. Carter, while Kelly Rowland is scheduled to perform at the GLAAD Media Awards in LA tonight, and is also rumored to be the next X Factor USA host.
Getting the ladies on the same schedule does sound nearly impossible, but wouldn’t you want to see another Destiny’s Child reunion?
