Tyler Perry says the birth of his son, Aman Perry, earlier this month, has helped get him back into the holiday spirit. “This is the first Christmas in the past five years that I’ve been able to find joy,” he wrote on Facebook. “You see, my mother died December 8th five years ago, and no amount of Christmas lights could replace the light that she was to me. Former NFL player Michael Sam says he made the right decision in coming out and becoming the first openly gay NFL draft. In an upcoming documentary airing on OWN, Sam discusses the decision that changed his life and football forever. “In that moment I was like, ‘I don’t care what happens, I made the right choice to come out,” he said of the NFL Draft.
