Bow Wow is on his way to late night.
Decades after he made his debut on The Arsenio Hall Show, the rapper/actor and former 106 & Park host announced that he just scored his very own late-night talk show, reports Hip-Hop DX.

“When I hosted 106, I knew then I could do whatever (talent wise), but I did not own 106, I had little control and I gots [sic] to be the man because I’m a creator,” he wrote on Instagram. “But I learned so much to the point I will have my own late night show coming.”
And from what Bow Wow is saying, the show is one that cannot be missed. In his post, he promised music (Kendrick Lamar!), culture (Michelle Obama!) and the cream of the crop producers. His dream guest? None other than Kobe Bryant.

“I felt I HAD to do this,” he said. “There’s no platform for hip hop artists no more. Where can they go to promote on TV other than revolt…? Music videos became less important. College kids and high school students have nothing at 10pm to really look forward to…I found my stride. I want to help the culture, and this is my way of giving back to the game that made me!”
So far, no word on what network will air the show, or when it will premiere. Stay tuned for updates!
