Back in July, Curtis J. Jackson III, aka 50 Cent, filed for bankruptcy. Since then, however, he’s been posting pics of piles of cash on Instagram. Money he’s keeping cool in the fridge, money in buckets, and stacks of cash spelling out “BROKE.” And now a judge has called him to court.

Judge Ann M. Nevins believes that 50 is being a little dishonest about how broke he is, which is easy to assume when the rapper is posting pics and videos of himself covered in cash. Thursday, the judge told the rapper:
“I’m concerned about allegations of nondisclosure or a lack of transparency in the case. There’s a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process. When that process becomes very public, the need for transparency, I believe, is even higher.”

The rapper’s lawyers say that he will continue to cooperate and that he has been forthcoming and transparent with creditors.
Still, ex-girlfriend Lastonia Leviston, Sleek Audio and SunTrust Bank, who say the rapper owes them a combined $29 million, issued documents to the court about 50’s online flaunting, public performances, a trademark and property he owns that was never disclosed.
