Let the church say Amen.
That moment fans of The Walking Dead have been desperately waiting for finally happened Sunday night. You know, the scene where Michonne (Danai Gurira) and Rick (Andrew Lincoln) finally realized they are MFEO and became #Richonne? Yes, that one. Sigh. And when it happened – it’s been at least two seasons of game recognizing game – Twitter went ballistic in good and bad ways. While there are a handful of haters, an undeniable spate of fans tweeted with joyous relief that the thing they’ve been waiting for finally came to be. Rick handed Michonne a roll of mints, they held hands for just a little too long and nature took its course – and it was simple and beautiful and believable.
