Idris Elba is off to see the Queen today.
The Luther and Wire star will get to “fly the East End flag” when he is honored at Buckingham Palace by Queen Elizabeth.
He is being awarded an OBE (Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) for his service to drama. Elba tweeted that he was “feeling proppa” and described the honor as “beyond special.”
He ended by asking “how does the boy look?” Well, since you asked, dear Idris. You look like a tall glass of sexy, served on ice. Lordt!
