Morgan says that it was even harder for him to deal with the death of his friend because he was the reason McNair was traveling in the first place.
“Emotionally, it’s hard for me to deal with,” Morgan told Rolling Stone. “I asked everybody to be there that night. I have to live with that. But I had to forgive myself. I know Jimmy would want it like that.”
Morgan says that after waking up from the coma that he was in for eight days he wasn’t in a good place.

“Maybe when I was in heaven, Richard Pryor said something to me,” Morgan said. “I feel funnier than I ever felt.”
Overall, Morgan says he’s looking forward to the future.
