Actress and former Martin star Tisha Campbell-Martin and her husband, Duane Martin, have filed for bankruptcy.

The couple is nearly $15 million in debt owing unpaid taxes, loans, car leases, other government debts and credit card bills. In January at the time of filing, the two claimed to only have $200 in cash and $173 in a credit union. They also stated that their restaurant in Sherman Oaks and their company XE Visions, Inc. no longer turn a profit leaving their financial future heavily dependent on the renewal of Tisha’s sitcom, The Dr. Ken Show.

The actress explained their decision to file for bankruptcy in a statement: “We got involved with some loans before the crash, couldn’t agree to a settlement with the banks, so we filed to reorganize.”
