Zonnique Pulins, 20, was briefly jailed and charged for carrying a handgun at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta on Thursday, reports PEOPLE.
Pullins, the daughter of Tiny Harris and stepdaughter of rapper T.I., reportedly had a Ruger .380 semi-automatic pistol with a clip and five rounds in her purse. The firearm was detected by an X-Ray.
Pullins reportedly told officials that she was licensed to hold a firearm, but couldn’t provide the proof. She was released from Clayton County Jail on Friday morning.
9 Times T.I. and Tiny Gave Us Family Goals
A family member took to Instagram to say that Zonnique forgot the gun was in her purse. “Zonnique did get caught with her registered weapon but like most of us, she forgot it was in her really big purse,” wrote Tamara Whitaker. “We were taught in my family that people are crazy out here and carrying a small gun to protect yourself is what’s needed. With the late shootings and death of a pop star all in Orlando just this week, I think it’s very appropriate that she carries a gun just not to the airport maybe lol.”
Neither T.I. or Tiny have addressed the situation with the media or on social media.
