The world is still reeling from the Kimye and Taylor Swift Snapchat video debacle that had the internet melting down, and while some celebrities have weighed in on the whole scandal, most have choosen to remain mum.
However, Vanity Fair recently caught up with Emmy-winning actress Uzo Aduba, who told the publication that Taylor is “a beautiful person and strong,” adding that she believes Swift will get through all of this drama.
Aduba also spoke to the magazine about her upcoming role in Tallulah, in which she plays a pregnant child-services worker trying to help an alcoholic mother find her daughter, who’s been taken by a drifter. To prepare for the role, the actress thought about what kind of mother she would be, saying, “I want to be the kind of mom my mom was to us. It’s not the quantity, but the quality of time that I spend with my children and to let them know they are the most valuable thing to me in this life and that I would fight for them.”
