The series, “Lady of Soul: The Life and Music of Aretha Franklin” took place in Cleveland at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum, which honored her as a Music Master.

Over the weekend, Franklin received a ceremonial key to the City of Cleveland from Mayor Frank Jackson.
The week ended with her being honored at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. During the three-hour celebration singers Lauryn Hill, Chaka Khan, Ronald Isley of The Isley Brothers, and others paid tribute to the 69-year-old legend.
