It’s hard to think of a time when Zendaya wasn’t considered a trendsetter and one to watch when it comes to style. As we witness her fashion level up each year, it becomes more apparent that the actress is quickly becoming a young beauty icon in the making as well. While we mentally prepare for her acting pivot as a troubled drug-addicted teenager in HBO’s Euphoria this summer, we’re looking at Zendaya’s grown up glow up. She’s shed her Disney persona for good—she even left behind the glass slipper as proof —and she’s stepping into an edgier and more grown up persona.

In the show she’s stripped down with no glam and no zhuzh, but we know on the red carpet she’s nothing short of dashing. She’s like a beauty shape shifter, one moment rocking flowing feathered bangs or a throwback bob, another, wearing a fun blond pixie and making it work. And you can count on her to play up that 22-year-old sparkle in her brown eyes—never hitting the scene without major lash drama. It makes you excited to see her out and about because you never know what she’s going to do next.
