The City of Brotherly Love opened up its arms to welcome music fans on Saturday at this year’s Roots Picnic. With performances from major artists such as H.E.R., City Girls, and 21 Savage, it’s no wonder that ladies (and gentlemen) showed up with beauty looks ready for their own spotlight.
The colorful makeup matched the colorful personalities that peppered the festival. In spite of any hiccups in the program, festival goers still showed up looking their best, determined to turn the remainder of the event into the success that it was.
