This look works because of the combination of the strong eye and lip. It shows that you can do both and still look sexy. She’s wearing dark eyeliner with a shimmery neutral champagne on the lid and soft brown in the crease. It’s an edgy look: the bang is short, the lip is bold, but it still look classic.
Solange looks like an 80’s glamour girl; it’s a throwback to ‘82 with a nod to Studio 54. The beauty of this look is in the simplicity of it. It’s great for a wedding look because it’s timeless; this trendless look will allow her to look back to these photos forever and remember this special day like it was yesterday.
I love this look I did for the Soul Train Awards opening because we don’t always see Wendy like this for daytime TV. I used a gold highlighter under her eyes paired with a strong lash for a clean glamour look.
When everything is shimmery something has to be matte or it will look overwhelming, so her lip and skin was a satin finish. I used Melanie Mills Cheek Bling in Deep Gold mixed with Black Opal Stick Foundation. The lip color is Black Opal Whine Not paired with a cherry lip liner.
I love this look! It’s Twiggy-esque with Kate plus 8 hair. It’s very retro which is perfect for Nicole. The deep crease works well on her eyes. She has large eyes so you can really play with and define them. Her lip color is fresh and youthful – it looks like a pink champagne shimmer but most of the color is concentrated on the inside with a flesh tone lip pencil.
This is a natural glam look with a little bit of contouring and blush so it’s fresh yet defined. The rule to follow when applying monochromatic makeup on lips, cheeks and eyes is if you’re a pink girl, go for raspberry and if you’re a brown girl, go for a warm bronze or a copper warm tone.
Michelle looks flawless. This is the perfect daytime look. Her skin is perfectly matte without a blemish on it and her foundation is seamless. I love her thick brows and the cranberry lip looks great on her skintone. Cranberry is a great color option for most women who don’t want a bold red lip but this will still give you a wash of color without the intensity of a firery red.
