Neutrogena heard our voices and not only tapped Kerry Washington as Brand Ambassador, but they also appointment her as Creative Consultant for Cosmetics to play an integral role in new foundation launches.

To take things a step further, Washington personally FaceTimed with seven real women who had previously expressed their disappointment that the brand didn’t offer a foundation shade that matched their skin tone so she could be the first tell them about the new shades. Beyond that, Neutrogena also reached out to all of the consumers who had previously sent in similar feedback to provide samples of the new shade and a signed letter from Kerry.
