Willow Smith is wise beyond her years and we love seeing her channel that wisdom through her experimental fashion and beauty choices. This past weekend, she did just that and proved that her eclectic style is unmatched.
On Saturday (Aug. 19), the 16-year-old attended the 6th Annual NYX Professional Makeup FACE Awards in a red and yellow geometric beat that stole the scene.
She set off the look with long locs and hair jewelry that transformed her into the bohemian chic beauty of our dreams. The young artist also performed at the star-studded event, which celebrates professional makeup artists and beauty bloggers.
Willow wore a similar makeup look to Galore’s GIRLCULT event (Aug. 20), where she rubbed elbows with Tyra Banks and sported tribal designs on her face. We’re loving her adaption of a makeup look that’s typically reserved for magazine editorials or music videos. Who says you can’t think outside the box for the red carpet?
Hopefully this is the first of many more innovative looks we’ll get from the talented creative this fall.
