PROMOTION: Meet the Winner of the Unleash Your Beauty Contest

ESSENCE.com put a call out to our fierce and fabulous readers to submit their best beauty tips or tricks for the Unleash Your Beauty contest. Entrants were entered for a chance to win a trip to 2012 ESSENCE Music Festival, a COVERGIRL® Cosmetics Prize Pack, a glamorous makeover at the festival and a feature on ESSENCE.com. We received tons of entries with inventive tricks that showcased the many ways in which our readers preserve their pretty!

Our winner, Candice Denise from Maryland, wowed us with her tip of “Brow Beauty.” She showed us a simple way of enhancing your eyebrows to achieve the perfect arch.

Step 1: Use an angular brush, wet it with water and dip it into brown eye shadow. Softly start to fill in the brow and fill until it is filled to your liking

Step 2: Take an eye shadow brush, wet it with water, thin it out like a paintbrush and dab in concealer

Step 3: Take the brush and follow the arch underneath using it as a way to clear up the brow and highlight the arch

Step 4: Any excess concealer can be pulled down as eye shadow!

Step 5: Fabulous Brows!!
