2 cups collard greens
1 cup water
1 cup chopped cantaloupe
2 cups chopped mango
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
Blend collard greens, water and cantaloupe until smooth. Add mango, carrots and pineapple and blend again to your desired consistency.

Deroxifying Rosemary Foot Soak:
3 cups Epsom salt
1/4 cup sea salt
1/4 baking soda
1/2 cup dried rosemary leaves
20 drops essential oil of your choise
Place all ingredients in a bowl with warm water and soak your feet for at least 20 minutes.
