The predictions for 2019 makeup trends are in, and we can’t lie, they have us pretty excited. With a forecast of graphic liners, natural brows, pastel palettes, and glossy lips, who wouldn’t be? If all this sounds like the ’90s are making comeback (again), then you’re right. The fact that skin is also in, merely confirms it.
