Sergio Hudson is one of fashion’s most sought-after designers whose signature style has been behind some of today's most defining viral fashion moments. His designs have been seen on everyone from Michelle Obama, to Beyonce, to Blake Lively, to Rihanna, to Jenifer Lopez, to Keke Palmer. In 2015, he launched his luxury line, Sergio Hudson Collections, specializing in both custom designs and ready-to-wear pieces.

Precious lee
Model of the Year
Precious Lee is a Model and Actress who has taken curve models from catalogs to the high fashion runways of luxury brands including Versace, Balmain, and Moschino. In 2015, Precious made history as the first Black curve model to appear in American Vogue. Throughout her career, she’s strived to maker her mark as a darker-skinned, plus-size model determined to normalize race and size diversity in fashion.

Carlos Nazario
Stylist of the Year
Carlos Nazario is a Celebrity Stylist, Global Fashion Director for I-D Magazine, and Fashion Director for Hood By Air. He has worked alongside fashion legends like Azzedine Alaïa and Donatella Versace, and has styled for some of the biggest names in pop culture including Rihanna, Lizzo, Naomi Campbell and Kanye West. In 2020, he became the first Black stylist to style a cover for American Vogue.

Brandice Daniel
Impact of the Year
Brandice Daniel has been bridging the gap between multicultural designers and the fashion industry for over 15 years. Since creating Harlem Fashion Row in 2007, she’s been the mastermind behind opportunities pairing Black designers with major brands like Jimmy Choo, Banana Republic, American Girl, and Timberland. In 2018, she collaborated with Nike and LeBron James to create the first LeBron sneaker designed by and for women.

Best Fashion Campaign of The Year
Telfar Clemens is a Fashion Designer and Founder of the Telfar brand, launched in 2004. A leader in today’s fashion landscape, the Telfar brand has become known for unisex handbags, clothing, and accessory designs, including the signature Telfar Shopping Bag. The brand has been recognized multiple times by the CFDA and Vogue Magazine for its’ creativity and innovative approach to design.

Recho Omondi
Disrupter of the Year
Kenyan-American Designer Recho Omindi spent her early years traveling between Kenya and the Midwest. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in 2010, Recho went on to launch her line, Omondi, in 2013. The womenswear brand is influenced by the duality of Recho’s African heritage and New York lifestyle, and it challenges ideas of modernity related to the global sphere and the evolving woman.

Taylor Russell is a Canadian Actress, Model and style icon, best known for her starring roles in the Netflix series Lost In Space and the critically-acclaimed drama Waves. In 2022, she was named a Global Ambassador for fashion brand Loewe. From the Venice Film Festival red carpet to her various movie premieres, Taylor has remained a showstopper, dawning bold designs and creating captivating red carpet looks.

Accessories Designer of the Year
Bernard James is a Jewelry Designer and Founder of Bernard James Jewelry. Through his college coursework, Bernard learned the ins and outs of running a successful business. While working the jewelry department at Ferragamo, he was inspired to launch his own accessories brand. In 2010, he launched Bernard James Jewelry, combining the craftsmanship of his mentor with his uniquely modern point of view.

Antoine Gregory
Emerging Creative of The Year
Antoine Gregory is the Brand Director at Theophilio and Founder of Black Fashion Fair. He began his career in the luxury sector working for global fashion houses including Akris and Dolce & Gabbana. He has also worked on special projects for brands like Pyer Moss and the Estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat. In 2022, Black Fashion Fair introduced its first print publication to global fanfare.
