Solange Knowles is shaking up music’s scales with the release of her latest album, A Seat at the Table.
Currently sitting at No. 1 on iTunes’ overall music chart, the 21-track project offers fans a front row seat into Solange’s world view. But if her bold lyrics and gentle harmonies haven’t been enough for fans over the past 48 hours, Solange delivered more visual inspiration with two new videos: “Cranes in the Sky” and “Don’t Touch My Hair.”

Solange collaborated with her husband, director Alan Ferguson, to bring the two singles to life in an eclectic and vibrant way.
A Seat at the Table was made to represent “a project on identity, empowerment, independence, grief and healing,” and the accompanying videos for “Cranes in the Sky and Don’t Touch My Hair” do just that.
