Beyoncé And Jay Z Just Bid $120 Million On A Los Angeles Mansion
After years of renting and living bicoastal, it appears the couple are settling on the West Coast for good.
Page Six, the super couple have placed a $120 million bid on a Bel Air mansion that boasts four pools, eight bedrooms, bullet proof windows and “sweeping views” of Los Angeles.
The mansion, which is being sold off-market for an asking price of $135 million, has just been completely remodeled from the ground up, and also boasts 11 bathrooms, a media room, space for a recording studio, a garage that can fit 15 cars, separate staff quarters and a big spa with a hot tub, sauna and steam room.
While the couple have spent more and more time on the West Coast over the years —with Blue Ivy attending private school there— they were always renting homes. At one point, they were paying $200k a month for a Holmby Hills mansion, according to ELLE Decor.
While there’s no word on the couple’s interest in other homes in LA, they are expecting twins soon. So we have a feeling this deal needs to close soon.
Looks like Beyoncé and Jay Z have completely committed to living in Los Angeles.
