When it comes to her family, Beyoncé pretty much keeps things private. And, while she often gives fans glimpses of her life through her music, we’re usually left piecing together our own image of the iconic singer.
However, with a new limited-edition vinyl box set, Beyoncé is sharing some intimate family photos. How to Make Lemonade, which features a 600-page coffee table book, includes never-before-scene family photos, behind-the-scenes images of the singer’s iconic videos for Lemonade, as well as personal essays, lyrics and poetry.
The book also includes a foreword written by Dr. Michael Eric Dyson and poetry by Warsan Shire.
How to Make Lemonade is an extension of the singer’s hit album Lemonade, which explored themes of infidelity, forgiveness, anger and womanhood. It’s believed that Bey’s album also inspired hubby JAY-Z’s latest offering, 4:44.
The release of the exclusive box set comes a month after Beyoncé shared photos of twins Rumi and Sir, born back in June. Jay and Bey were recently spotted out enjoying sushi and hitting a skating rink, images which Beyoncé shared later on her Instagram.
How to Make Lemonade is available for pre-order August 18 right here.
