Pregnancy has not stopped Beyoncé from enjoying a good live show.
On Saturday the Grammy award-winning singer and her mother, Tina Lawson, attended a performance at the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater in Los Angeles that was a joy for all.
Mama Tina led the visit, which included the group of girls she mentors. The crew of nine smiled for the camera before entering the venue named after the creator of modern dance.
“Y’all were incredible,” Beyonce says in a clip of her meeting the dancers after their performance. “Thank you for your beautiful talent. Incredible.”
Surprised, they thanked her for coming before taking photos with the “Love on Top” singer.
“Backstage after the Alvin Ailey dancers performance it was magnificent,” Tina says in an Instagram caption. “With my beautiful Tina’s Angels and with a few of the mentors. My very gracious daughter who met the girls and spent some time with them and made their day!”
“The Winter in Lisbon,” “Masekela Language,” “In/Side” and the classic “Revelations” were performed on Sunday’s Ailey show in Los Angeles.
