Keshia Knight-Pulliam is taking estranged husband Ed Hartwell to task over the financial responsibility of taking care of their 5-month-old daughter, Ella Grace.
TMZ reports that the former child star has allegedly had enough of Hartwell not paying up in a timely manner for the wellbeing of their child. Knight-Pulliam has asked that, going forward, all child support payments come directly from his NFL retirement or disability money.
The former football player was selected in the fourth round of the NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens in 2001. During his 7-year career, Hartwell, 39, played for the Atlanta Falcons, Cincinnati Bengals and the Oakland Raiders.
The 38-year-old actress claims that Hartwell, whom she married in a surprise ceremony in January of 2016 and then filed for divorce from just seven months later, hasn’t made a payment for the month of May, and until he makes good on his child support, she’s asked that he be jailed.
Knight-Pulliam also claims that her soon-to-be ex hasn’t signed consent forms for Ella to travel outside of the country with her for work.
Ouch.
