Two of our faves, Erykah Badu & Common made our lives in 2002 when they teamed up for the song, Love of My Life (An Ode to Hip-Hop) which was featured on the soundtrack of feature film and urban classic, Brown Sugar. As if the song wasn’t amazing enough, they subsequently released an accompanying visual that took us back that nostalgic moment when we all fell in love with hip-hop.
