Legendary singer Nona Hendryx is having her first visual art show opening at The Sol Studio in Harlem where she will debut a series of 10 sculptures and assemblages as well as a series of collages she calls ‘Transformations.’ Hendryx transforms recent Serena Williams, Misty Copeland, and Caitlyn Jenner magazine covers into whimsical sculptures. Her show is open until October 18.
