Cardi B finally confirmed she is pregnant while performing as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live last night.
The “Bartier Cardi” rapper, whose new album is expected to debut at the number one spot, has been dodging pregnancy rumors and trying to hide her baby bump for months now. TMZ first reported news of her pregnancy back in February.
Cardi chose to set the bump free while performing her new single “Be Careful” in a form-fitting white ensemble that showed off all her curves.
Her fiance Offset tweeted a message to Cardi soon after, saying the the coupled looked “forward to our next chapter together.”
Cardi also shared her relief at the world finally knowing the news by telling her team backstage that she felt “finally free.”
She also took to Twitter on Sunday morning to clap back at people who were questioning how the pregnancy might affect her career.
“I started winning when the whole world was doubting on me! think imma lose with my little baby counting on me?” she tweeted.
Cardi released her first studio album “Invasion of Privacy” this past Friday.
Her first child is reportedly due in July.
