La La and Carmelo Anthony’s son, Kiyan, celebrated his birthday on Wednesday, and on the special day, all the 11-year-old really wanted was a keepsake from his father’s collegiate and professional basketball career.
The actress took to Instagram to share the gift she gave to her baby boy, and it was the sweetest!
“This is all he wanted for his birthday today every single one of his dad’s basketball jerseys from High school, College, Olympics, and the NBA (missing Towson Catholic..that’s a hard one to find, McDonalds All American (even harder), & All Star) HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIYAN!!!!”
Anthony attended both Towson Catholic and Oak Hill Academy for high school, was a McDonald’s All-American in 2002, went to Syracuse University for college, has played his NBA career with the Denver Nuggets, New York Knicks, as well as the Oklahoma City Thunder and, is a member of Team USA basketball.
To celebrate his son’s birthday, the basketball phenom shared a heartfelt message to mark the occasion.
“Happy Born Day, ‘If I Could Give You One Thing In Life, I Would Give You The Ability To See Yourself Through My Eyes, Only Then Would You Realize How Special You Are To Me’. I Would Always Ride With You!!!,” he wrote.
