JAY-Z, Beyoncé, Blue Ivy, Sir And Rumi Carter will officially be settled-in soon, as it’s been reported that the family owns a new home. According to Curbed Los Angeles, the Carters closed for $90 million on the mansion they’ve been eyeing since the spring.
Located in Bel Air’s prestigious East Gate area, the home was recently finished and is being called a masterpiece of architecture.
The eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom spread was designed by Irish architect Paul McClean, who designed at least three of the ten priciest homes sold in L.A. last year. It also features four pools, a basketball court, a recording studio, a spa, staff quarters and limestone floors.
“It’s open and airy with indoor-outdoor living where you push a button and all the huge, heavy doors fall into the walls seamlessly, as if they were never there, opening up to the gardens and the pools,” broker Dolly Lenz told Realtor.com.
The Carters have been looking to settle down in Los Angeles for a few years, renting places during the time. Daughter, Blue Ivy attends school in the city and their ties to the city seem to be pretty established at this point.
We can’t wait to see Instagram pics of the family enjoying cook-outs and pool parties in one of their four pools!
