Two weeks after giving birth to her baby girl, Tia Mowry-Hardrict isn’t catching too many Zs.
The actress took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a candid photo of she and the newborn and kept it real about her new life as a mother of two in the caption.

Mowry-Hardrict and her husband, Cory Hardrict welcomed the little girl on May 5th who joined the 6-year-old couple’s son, Cree Taylor.
Since welcoming a tiny bundle of joy the second time around, the 39-year-old has been very honest about her post-partum baby body.
On Sunday she shared an empowering message about the pressure to snap back after giving birth.
“This is MY #postpartum. Two weeks in,” she said in an IG caption. “Do I still have a belly? Yes. I actually look like I’m 4 months pregnant and that is OKAY. I wanted to shine a light on how our society creates false expectations after a woman gives birth. Ladies, it’s okay that our bodies are not PERFECT after our babies are born. Give your self time. Go at your own pace. Don’t allow people to put a time limit on YOUR body. You’ve just accomplished a miracle! #Love yourself, love your new body, embrace it. If you want to make changes then that’s your desire and no one else’s. Ps, #moms freaking rock! #fashion”
