Ciara is heading to Harvard!
The singer was recently accepted into the Ivy League school’s Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports program, which teaches students to “develop and execute more effective business strategies,” according to the school’s website.
Ciara boasted about her educational achievement on Instagram Monday, crediting Harvard Business School professor Anita Elberse with helping her get into the program.
“I always dreamt of going to college, but by God’s grace, my music career took me on a path that I’m so thankful for,” she wrote in a caption of herself wearing a Harvard sweatshirt. “This week I got accepted into Harvard! Words cannot describe my excitement!”
Seems Ciara is all about business these days as she builds her companies, Beauty Marks Entertainment and Why Not You Productions, which she recently launched with hubby Russell Wilson.
Harvard’s Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports course lasts about three days. And while Harvard Business School offers the opportunity to live on campus, there’s been no word if Ciara will be going for the full college experience and bunking up with a roommate.
