Good morning! We hope you had a merry Christmas! Here’s what we’re talking about today:
Newlywed Gabrielle Union wants a baby of her own, but is having a hard time getting pregnant. In an interview with Uptown Magazine, Union confessed that she’s having a hard time conceiving her first child. “I think my brain and my heart are screaming baby fever. My ovaries, however, they’re coughing up dust,” she said. “Yes, it’s in my heart and my mind, and we’ll see if my body catches up with that.” [Necole Bitchie]
Usher is having some problems of his own. The Grammy Award-winning singer has filed yet another restraining order against a woman named Darshell Jones-Rakestraw, an alleged stalker who has been sending him disturbing messages on Twitter and Instagram. Jones-Rakestraw was arrested earlier this month and was served with a restraining order in 2012 after she came to Usher’s home and demanded to be let inside. Apparently, she’s after his money. According to a voicemail, she’s demanding that Usher send her money and return her phone calls, even threatening to follow him on tour until she’s paid. Yikes! [Hello Beautiful]
The numbers are in and Nicki Minaj’s new album, The Pinkprint, has debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 charts. The rapper already sold over 244,000 copies of her new album, and to top off her success, Minaj will grace the cover of Rolling Stone magazine’s January 2015 issue. Congratulations, Nicki!
