In anticipation of his upcoming sophomore album, Life Music: Stage 2, gospel singer Jonathan McReynolds debuts a brand new music video for the song, “Maintain.”
McReynolds sings the mellow ballad with inspiring ease. Sweet harmonies and a beautifully arranged musical score make this the perfect song to begin the day. “I recognize this is a day that you have made,” he sings. “So I walk in love and put a smile on my face.” The video, simple yet charming, calls for the listener to take in every lyric with no distraction.
The ESSENCE Festival alum was just nominated for his third Dove Award, this time in the category of Gospel Artist of the Year.
His sophomore album Life Music: Stage 2 is out September 18.
