Model hopefuls on Oxygen’s newest reality competition The Face will get major lessons on how to survive the fashion world from the doyenne of the catwalk herself, Naomi Campbell. Boasting a similar format to The Voice, Campbell and fellow supermodels Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha, will mentor young hopefuls as they try to break into the business. Here, Campbell dishes on her mentoring style (surprise…she’s bossy!), passing on her experience to “the girls” (will she teach them the Naomi Campbell walk?), and why she thinks up and coming models “have to have that extra special something.”
