Chrisette Michele is back with a brand new video for “A Couple of Forevers,” the first single off her forthcoming album Better, due out this spring.
Directed by celebrity photographer Derek Blanks, the mini lovefest features a newly tattooed and — can we say — utterly chic Chrisette celebrating being in love and living life to its most fabulous potential. Chrisette and her boo run through the city doing what lovebirds do, wishing their love could last “a couple of forevers.”
On her “Journey To Better” web series, the 30-year-old Grammy winner recently revealed how this album — her fourth — is the first time she’s expressing herself however she wants. Even the tattooed shoulders and funky blonde ‘do are part of her newfound freedom. “Now I know how to put myself out there,” she says. “This has been my journey to becoming Chrisette Michele.”
