What’s good about being a billionaire if you can’t stunt like a billionaire? That’s exactly what Jay-Z did when he sent VIP invites to his upcoming Shawn Carter Foundation Gala.
Instead of tickets or boxes that open up and sing songs, Hov gifted invitees a Rolex watch and a bottle of his Ace of Spades champagne.
Meek Mill and Swizz Beatz both took to Instagram to show off their invitations, making us jealous.
“Hov sent these as VIP passes,” Meek wrote on his story. “SMH this rich s–t getting out of control lol…I’m not joking lol.”
Swizz added, “Hov is on another level with the invite game. It came with a Daytona Rolex and a bottle of Ace.”
According to Complex, the invitations are for his Shawn Carter Foundation Gala, which will be held November 15 through 16 inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The evening, which will feature a performance by Alicia Keys, will raise money to provide scholarships to students in need.
