Kandi Burruss is supporting the recent moves of her former group Xscape, even though she will no longer be recording new music with them.
The group announced that they would be recording new music under the name XSCAP3, signifying that the band will only include Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, La Tocha Scott and Tamika Scott.
Kandi has been vocal about her decision to go her own way from the group. But she wants them to know that it’s all love.
“I want to send my love to my girls Xscap3 and congratulate them on the moves [they’re] making!” she wrote on Instagram. “I want everybody to know that there is no drama. It is still love with us. I support what they’re doing with the new music & I want y’all to do the same.”
She also promoted their new album, “Here for it,” and announced she would be joining them on the Essence Festival stage this summer
XSCAP3 have also signed with CAA for worldwide representation.
