It’s finally been confirmed — Kanye West and Drake are working on an album.
Last month, Kanye reportedly asked the crowd at OVO Fest if they were ready for a Drake and ‘Ye album. He’s also previously said that his track “Wolves” was inspired by conversations he’d had with Drake about working on an album together.
Now, in an interview with Vogue, ‘Ye confirmed the rumors.
“We’re just working on music, working on a bunch of music together, just having fun going into the studio. We’re working on an album, so there’s some exciting things coming up soon.”

Both artists have worked on hit collaborative albums before. Drake and Future teamed up for What A Time to Be Alive and Kanye and Jay Z dropped the now legendary and iconic Watch the Throne.
Kanye hasn’t given a release date yet and with so many artists dropping surprise albums, we’re pretty sure the album’s release won’t be ordinary. Still, with both of the artists dropping great work on their own, we’re sure whatever they have planned is going to be a hit.
